About this house rental
You can't top the location with direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, 1 mile from the marina, a short walk to downtown restaurants and groceries. The pickleball courts are just across the street. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a comfortable living space, making it the perfect place to make memories for your vacation.
The space
This amazing townhome has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large family room and media room (with an arcade machine) for everyone to enjoy, each with 65" smart tvs so your guests can spread out and enjoy your own entertainment. Each bedroom includes a 50" - 55" smart tv along with extra cozy blankets.

Master Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: Triple bunk bed (sleeps 3), Double full bunk bed with twin-sized trundle (sleeps 3)
Upstairs Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom has a shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels are located under each bathroom sink.
THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (cake and cupcake pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, electric griddle, tea kettle, 12 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot coco, salt/pepper, and a few additional supplies.
PARKING
1 garage spot, 2 designated spots in the driveway, as well as additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

What is the difference between ordinary and extraordinary? That little extra. That is what this rental had?? So many little extras that made our stay extraordinary. Very nice to offer the kayaks. We did not use them as I was there to run some races. But plenty of room inside. Great game room with arcade. Lots of TVs..Great time with the BBQ. We sat on on the front porch for dinner and enjoyed that. Great amenities..plenty of towels. Plenty of silverware and plates in the kitchen. I loved all the little decorations that made the place feel like home. Definitely easy to check in and check out. We parked our car in the garage which was a plus. Host was very communicative through the whole process. A delight to deal with. Would definitely rent that unit again when we go again!!! Great value for the price.

Kitchen was well equipped and even had a blender. We were out of the house a lot, so didn’t really use the tv’s or kayaks but they seem like they would be fun
