Fantastic and convenient location for our Branson area vacation. Great communication with host along with easy check-in and out. Property was quite and peaceful with abundant wildlife and nice river frontage. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Branson!

We enjoyed our comfortable stay at the serendipity cabin. The hot tub and fireplace were nice to have and use in the evenings.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the positive aspects like the quiet location, relaxing atmosphere, and convenient access to local attractions. However, a few key issues made the experience less than ideal.Cabin address was not found in Google. The manual directions were confusing and lacked basic information like North, South, East, or West designations, which made it impossible to navigate. This led to us getting lost for over an hour. We tried to call for assistance multiple times, but no one ever answered, which was incredibly frustrating. The email response we received the following day was unhelpful and didn't even acknowledge our request for help.There were also a couple of maintenance issues with the property itself. The ice dispenser was not working, which while minor, was a disappointment. More importantly, we were disturbed by a constant sound of running water in one of the bedrooms. We eventually discovered that an exterior water hose had been left running, causing a significant amount of water to pool outside the house. This was a notable inconvenience that should have been taken care of before our stay. Once we finally found our way to the cabin, we couldn't get in. We were not able to get the front door code to work. We tried for 20 minutes and called customer service which did not answer again, we finally got it unlocked, but the lock problem persisted the entire stay and was aggravating. We never knew if we'd be able to get back in.
