This was the third time we have stayed at the cottage. For us it is perfectly located for visiting friends, but here are also some many beautiful sites nearby. Friendly, responsive hosts, and affordable housing, a perfect getaway.

It was a wonderful little get away. Having a covered porch with a gate on it was wonderful for a rainy day and our dog. Everything was clean. Taken care of. Owner checked in with us to be sure we had everything. We would definitely stay again!!!

Property was clean, excellent location. Host was easy to deal with.

The photos depict a much larger, brighter, cleaner space. I think they’re dated. There was a lot of dust all over the floors, couch material is peeling, dishes that needed to be washed before use, and the in window unit in one of the rooms was leaking Freon. I turned it on for 30 min and wasn’t able to breathe correctly. Got a headache, was nauseas, and could only take quick, shallow breaths. I turned it off, jimmy rigged leaving the window open (they don’t have screens, but small screens that expand and you have to prop the storm window open with), and stepped outside for fresh air and found some relief. I’m still experiencing chest pain a few days later. Messaged the host about it and he tried to write it off as pollen, followed up and got a pretty condescending response. Check in/out process was very easy, and host was responsive.
