Booked this property last minute after our previous reservation was canceled. I can appreciate the host, very responsive, took good care of us. The AC was very noisy and he immediately had someone out to address it. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is amazing. The reason for 4 stars is the house is old and showing a lot of wear and tear, not what I’d call “luxury”. There have been some updates but not the best work. Could also use some better furniture by the pool, the chairs outside were rusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I have no opinion on those.

The house was incredible. It is in a nice neighborhood and has great amenities like a hot tub and a large room with bunk beds. The host was great with communication.
