We stayed here as a group of 15 students (aged 18) and two teachers. For us, the room and bathroom arrangements were perfect. One thing to be aware of: there is no large common area for group activities (such as breakfast). The kitchen is located on the top floor and is part of a specific apartment unit. Unless you have rented the entire house—or specifically Apartment #C2—the kitchen may not be available for your use. The kitchen itself is not very large, though it is sufficient for a family or a smaller group, and it features a lovely balcony. The location right in the heart of the Old Town was perfect for us; everything was within easy walking distance. It can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to the nearby bars and restaurants, but we didn't find this to be a disturbance. Our host, Alessandro, was very friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily return anytime. The price was very reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to stay with an incredibly responsive host who is always there when you need them. The check in is simple, the amenities are lovely, and we would definitely stay there again!!

Not as expected. Booking said we had the entire house we did not. The building is just individual rooms. Kitchen that is available is on top floor and attached to a bedroom so not useful. There was not community area or meeting area for guest. When the bar Nextdoor closes it is definitely heard. Paint was peeling off wall in stairwell and was never swept up. The parking that is available is whatever street parking you can find close by (not designated) The location in the district was very walkable to the visited sites The room were very clean and the ac worked really well. Photos of rooms were definitely staged ( not as pictured).
