The restored Heart Pine floors and trim work are a nod to the original historic charm. Styled in a modern cottage inspired design, this home is cozy and functional. Featuring a spacious kitchen, primary bedroom with en-suite, workspaces, and porch overlooking Virginia Avenue, this space is the perfect option for a weekend away or an extended stay.
Please note that climbing exterior stairs is required. The apartment is located upstairs of the building and guests must climb the exterior staircase in order to access the apartment.

Lovely apartment on the second floor in a Clarksville historical building. Spacious open plan with three comfy bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen dining area. The balcony porch rockers offer a shady afternoon respite after your day.The owners were very helpful and accommodating. This is a second floor apartment stair accessible only.

Our weekend getaway was perfect, thanks to our stay at this cute apartment. Our host was super quick to respond and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. The decor was adorable and the location was the ideal spot to walk to everything you need. The town was quiet and friendly and a great place for a relaxing visit.

Property was very nice. However, the air circulation was very poor. The bedrooms were hot and hard to get a good nights sleep. I would highly, highly recommend ceiling fans, and floor fans to keep the air moving on hot days.
