We had a wonderful time on 30A! This location was perfect for us; close to restaurants, shops, and activities. 5 minute bike ride to Seaside or 15 minute walk. The house was clean and spacious, and the boys loved the pool. It was a bonus! The house was right on the beach, which was really nice! Check in and out was super easy, and the communication was great! We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again! :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Family Ties! The home was clean, fully furnished, cozy, the communication was wonderful and who could beat the VIEWS! Our family enjoyed every moment and we will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house and the location. Fully stocked with everything you need! Loved that everyone had their space with the bedrooms being in each corner of the house. Super nice neighbors too!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Our stay was amazing! It is right on the beach and within walking/biking of restaurants and shopping We got a flat tire while biking and they were there to repair within the hour! Ten of us fit perfectly and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking need ! Highly recommend!
