Luxury, oceanfront condo at the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace - centrally located within walking distance of the private Beach Club, the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel and fitness center, historic walking paths, the Terrace amenity center and oceanfront dining options. This upgraded gem offers a spacious floorplan and two ocean-view primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Relax and listen to the rolling surf on the large, covered lanai with wet bar and plenty of seating for outdoor meals. F202 is one of only three condos at the Mauna Lani Terrace that is entirely accessible without stairs. Located on the second floor, guests are offered beautiful views of Mauna Lani's historic fishponds and the Pacific Ocean. The spacious living room is decorated with tropical artwork and features plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and Apple TV. The renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, a fully renovated kitchen and large dining room table to enjoy family dinners. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed while the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds (that may be converted into a king upon request). Both bedrooms, located on opposite ends of the condo for added privacy, feature private attached lanais and full bathrooms with walk in showers.
**Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace F202 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 11/02/26 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.

We had such a great time at this property. The pool looks like it was recently remodeled with exceptional, barbecue and gathering areas. Short walk to an awesome beach, good snorkeling out in Front, and one of the best restaurants in all of Kona side. We will definitely return to this condo. 👍👍👍

The property was just as advertised, and then some! Spacious and spotless, with outstanding views , a full kitchen ( thanks for having spices etc available !) and gorgeous lanai. The proximity to pool and beach club was a perfect location . Thank you !
