The property was perfect for our group of 3 families, which was 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 8-15. There were enough rooms for all the parents to have their own rooms, 4 kids used the bunk beds, and one teenager had one room with the other using a sofa bed.Plenty of room for everybody to have space, but also privacy when needed. We didn't use the pool, but the kids used the hot tub one of the nights after a full day of hiking. We completely missed out on the game room, so don't forget to check it out on the ground floor if you book.We didn't check out any local restaurants because we didn't have to. We either reheated the food we brought or cooked. The grocery store we went to was about 20 min away. There's also a Tesla Supercharger at that grocery store if any folks need EV charging.The neighbors had a beautiful horse and two ponies. The horse was very gentle and would let the kids pet him.Thanks again to Beth who was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had before and during our stay.

What a fantastic home! Honestly words wont do justice. Perfect location for family get together. Quiet time, and peaceful surroundings. Instant communication if you have any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend everytime.

The house was generally fine — comfortable but nothing particularly special. However, the experience after checkout was frustrating due to unexpected charges and how the issue was handled, which affected my overall impression.
