About this house rental

Apartment - Holiday home (separate house) in a prominent Viennese woodland area, so-called Golden Ring around Vienna near the Wienerwaldsee. Located on the ground and 1. Floor, about 70 m². 1 room on the ground floor with 2 large windows, 1 room on the 1st floor. Floor with 3 windows, antique brick and latch floors, a large garden area, all windows look to the garden. Designer bathroom and toilet in cobalt blue with bidet. Fully equipped kitchen with 1 large window to the garden, beautiful anteroom. An inner oak staircase to the 1st Floor.
Suitable for 6 persons.

Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc ... in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes walk to the Vienna Forest Lake. 5 minutes walk to the Strandbad Pressbaum. 3 minutes on foot to the regional train to Vienna. In 19 minutes at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6) or in 12 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).
