About this cabin rental
Enjoy the beautiful country scenery on the drive down to this A-frame cabin. As you get near, you approach a small bridge that crosses the river, followed by a few minutes of gravel road. The A-frame is located on a nice park-like 1 acre lot right on the river!

The space:
As you come in you will see one bedroom to the left with 1 king bed on main floor and bathroom to the right. You enter an open space area with cathedral ceiling where you'll see a fully equipped kitchen a large sectional/living room area and dining area. Large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Upstairs you will find a 1 queen bed.
Large Deck outside is great for entertaining, while the large yard is great for games!

Other things to note:
By accepting your reservation, you accept to use hot tub at your own risk. Please follow posted rules.
Use phone GPS for directions. Use main roads I-81 to Route 11 to Zion Church Rd
Use sandals or water shoes. It is hard to walk on the pebbles in the river without it.
Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed, please include in your reservation when booking.
No Pets Allowed on furniture. Pet must be on tick/flea prevention medication.
Caution with children due to stairs, sharp knives/kitchen appliances and no crib available.
Enjoy the river at your own risk. Children/pets should not be left unattended.
We spray the house regularly for bugs, however, there are certain bugs common in the area. Please do not leave windows or doors open, specially at night. Thank you.

Overall great stay! The location near the river, game shed, hot tub, grill, deck, and yard were all excellent amenities. The host was great and was able to offer us early check in and was quick to reply to all questions. My only critique is that the sofa in the living room could use a professional steam clean or new upholstery.

We had a great time loved the cabin. Maybe a better cleaning due to cobwebs and dust. The AC struggled to keep the upstairs cool and the fan didn’t work but it was great Everything else. Clean hot tub great view. No other problems. Still will come back. When the fan gets fixed and hopefully it will be a little more clean. Great communication with the host. Very respectful.

Had an amazing time lounging on the river, at the fire pit and especially the hot tub. We are already considering coming back. The back deck is a great focal point for the stay. Watching the river with a cup of coffee is an excellent way to start the morning. The game room, swing and hammock added a lot of uniqueness to the trip. Everything was clean and well prepared. The fridge is quite large and fit all the contents of our large cooler easily. We very much recommend.

Nice but can use some renovations!Seems a little more run down compared to our visit a year ago. The house was also not as clean as we hoped- lots of spider webs, dust, mud stains on furniture/walls/carpet. The rug in the bathroom looked and smelled old and moldy. The hot tub was nice but the furniture on the back patio was pretty rundown. The patio itself also felt a little wobbly. I hope the owners put a little more love in this place because it is truly a nice spot on the river
