About this house rental
This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. We catch flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The location is amazing! Steps from the water. Our home is on a busy road so there will be some road noise, we provide sound machines if needed.
Small Fishing Cottage, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Great location if you like the water. Once you enter the home and especially the backyard you feel like you are in total peace. All rooms have smart tvs, that have Netflix, Disney, and Hulu already installed and ready to use. Full size kitchen with all the cooking utensils and pans you would have in your own home to cook that family meal or to prepare the fish you catch from the backyard.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 100.00 fee - 3 dogs max and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
The entire home is for your enjoyment.
You only have one neighbor next to you, I own that home as well and it is a short term rental. There is a large 8-9 foot privacy fence that separates the back yards so you won`t even see the neighbors.
If you like the water, or need to relax, then this is the place for you.
1. 350.00 Penalty for unauthorized pets.
2. No unauthorized guests allowed without owners approval.
3. No unauthorized events (you will be asked to leave the property).
4. Smoking allowed outside only, please no smoking inside.

Beautiful cottage that is family friendly and inviting. The warm cozy feel made the stay like home away from home. A wonderful environment that is clean and prepared for you to come inside and relax. Parking is a little tight and the road is dangerous to back out on due to lack of visibility from the driveway and how the road structure is. BE CAREFUL! Wonderful host who are responsive and communicate well. No complaints from our family. Would 100% recommend this cottage to everyone!
