Located in Emerald Isle, this lovely house for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Oceanside (5 min Walk/1 min Golf Cart ride), House is Charming, Clean, Comfortable, Open Floor Plan with Living Area in Front and Bedrooms in Back, Kitchen Area has Plenty of Seating with Table for 6 and Counter Bar for 4, Separate Game/TV Room (man cave, kids play, movie room, etc), Large Deck that is West Facing so Plenty of Sunshine, Large Screened Patio with Comfortable Seating, Spacious Inside and Outside to Relax/Enjoy, Neighborhood is Oceanside, Quiet, and Tucked Away off Coast Guard Road, Owner Golf Cart Available for easy Access to the Beach and Venturing Throughout the Neighborhood. OPTIONAL AMENITIES: • Professional Linen Service (details at bottom) - $100 for duration of stay. • Pet Dog(s) - $135 for duration of stay. • Golf Cart Rental - $45 per day or $295 per week • Trash Roll Service: Complimentary In-Season mid-May – mid-Sept INSIDE: The home is a very comfortable with a practical split/open floor plan. Living area in front having den and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The kitchen area is great for entertaining with overall seating for 10 (6 at kitchen table & 4 at long kitchen counter). In back, 3 bedrooms (all queens), 2 full baths and laundry room (washer/dryer/shelving/coat hanger). A separate GAME/TV room to enhance the vacation experience!!! Throughout the home it's nicely decorated with beach colors/shabby chic, comfortable/pleasant furnishings, LVP/hardwood (NO carpet). Wall Mounted HD TVs and Paddle Fans in every room, WIFI, Roku with Live Hulu with every TV. Guests provide own linens unless ask for the linen service (see below for details). LIVING ROOM: Open, spacious and plenty of natural light • 2 Sofas with one being a Queen Sleeper Sofa • Recliner • Paddle Fan • Large HD LED TV and Blue-Ray Player. KITCHEN: Everyone loves to hang in the kitchen area which is open and spacious • Stainless kitchen appliances • Fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/serving • Long kitchen bar with 4 saddle bar tools • Table seats 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 children (bench) 3 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHS: • All queen beds • Wall mounted HD TVs • Paddle fans • Master bed has private access to bath GAME ROOM: Everyone and anyone can find relaxation!!! LARGE DECK: Large space for dining, relaxing and entertaining! • Faces west so there is plenty of sunshine during the afternoon. • Table and chairs for 6 with umbrella • Adirondack chairs and side tables for relaxation. THE PROPERTY: 5 min walk to the beach or 1 min Golf Cart ride! • Enclosed private hot/cold outside shower and dressing area conveniently located next to the back steps. • Large Weber Charcoal Grill. • Large covered area underneath the cottage has many uses: parking, fun area for activities, dining (set of four table/chairs provided), fish cleaning station, kids table and just relaxing on the porch swing. • Spacious yard for outdoor activities, games, dog runs, etc. • Double wide driveway for ample parking THE NEIGHBORHOOD: "Deerhorn Dunes", is nestled in a charming quiet wooded community with rolling dunes throughout, it's very quiet day/night. It's located off Coast Guard Road thus close to Emerald Isle shopping/restaurants/entertainment plus easy/quick access to the mainland (bypass Emerald Isle summer and holiday traffic). There are two empty wooded lots across the street creating plenty of privacy/quiet. Excellent location for bike riding along the neighborhood beach road and easy/quick access to Emerald Isle's miles of bike paths. *LINEN SERVICE: Optional service through a professional linen company. $100 for 3 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. I'm making this service optional to allow flexibility since most bring their own. INCLUDES: • Quality fitted sheets, flat top sheets and pillow cases. • Four bath towels for each queen or sleeper sofa. • Two hand towels and washcloths per bed • Bath mat for each bath, two kitchen towels and dishcloths. • Delivery drop off service upon arrival. • Pick-up service upon departure.

It was comfortable and clean. Liked the decor. Liked the game room on the ground level. Appreciated the explanation of the entertainment system and how it worked. It was a great home base for visiting, as local relatives could come over to visit. Beach was a block away. we avoided the linen service fee by bringing our own linen and towels.

My family and my sister’s family (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler) stayed in this house. We loved it! We especially loved all the cute and fun beach decor and the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit smaller than I expected, however, it worked out fine. Everything you needed was there and everyone stayed comfortably. The neighborhood was excellent, quiet, clean and so close to everything. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart if you’re staying there. We also would recommend the linen service especially if you are coming from a ways away. Thank you for a great week, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful property for a nice weekend at the beach. It was easy to find and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. Our family enjoyed staying in this property. It was clean and in a good location. What was odd and it may be a local custom, is that there were no linens provided as part of the rental. On top of all the plentiful fees we already paid - linens were an additional $100. Wow - that was a kick in the pants!

Just Pinch Me was a perfect spot for a quick getaway. The house is in a great location/neighborhood and is a wonderful layout for families. The property is well maintained and had all the essentials we needed for a stress free stay. The game room was a perfect spot to watch the NCAA tournament with the kids. We look forward to future visits!

Very nice property. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and to visit family that just moved to EI. Bill was great at communicating and responded quickly to answer any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so excited at our arrival. The House was perfect for the 4 of us, we are all Seniors and needed to spend some family time. It was everything we seen on line. We enjoyed our stay at "Just Pinch Me". It was a really nice cottage decorated in a beachy chic theme. Bill was very easy to communicate with before our stay. He answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. He & his wife even decorated the cottage for Christmas with the cutest little tree. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great pace at Emerald Isle!!

We had a lovely time at Just Pinch Me! The house is perfectly located close to the beach and is equipped with everything you’ll need for a great vacation. We did a long weekend with children, pets, parents and grandparents and we never felt cramped. There is a great screened in porch and sunny deck to get away to read a good book and a separate game room to keep the kids occupied and away from the main floor. Ours were so proud they had their own room! A golf cart is available for an additional cost and pets are allowed for a few. This was as close to perfect that we could imagine.

Loved the house and the neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen was great. Having the golf cart to access the beach was definitely a bonus. Only downfall is that the mattress in the master needs to be replaced. The one in the other larger room isn't as bad but not great. The mattress was fine in the smaller room. Aside from that, the stay and the property is fantastic. We all loved the enclosed porch very much as well.

This is a very cozy house. The screened in porch was very nice. It was the perfect size for our group. Just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. It was very clean and comfy.
