About this house rental

Your vacation rental includes on one level: main room with fitted kitchen area, living room furnished with a sofa bed offering excellent sleeping arrangements (quality bed linen), bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). Bathrobes provided. Possibility of laundry service to be agreed with the owner. Private terrace with garden furniture adjoining the studio and also at your disposal, a second covered terrace offering a small view of the port. Parking on the property. Overlooking the port of Perros Guirec, in a green and relaxing environment, this 1,000 m² property includes the owner's house and an independent, well-appointed studio. You will have a pleasant living room, very bright, but the surface does not allow you to properly accommodate a baby. If you are looking for tranquillity, you will appreciate La Secrète with its outdoor relaxation areas: what a luxury in the evening to dine on the terrace decorated with its majestic chandeliers... By a small path, you will reach the marina 750 m away: you walk along the quays lined with small shops and restaurants. The city center is 2.9 km away, the beautiful beaches of Trestignel and Trestraou (nautical center, casino, thalassotherapy, cinema...3.8 km away. 6.7 km from the village of Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015, 9.7 km from Trégastel plage, 10 km from Lannion and 6.5 km from the Golf de Pleumeur Bodou Welcome to Studio La Secrète: a charming address on the heights of Perros-Guirec: travel light because here everything is provided, even bathrobes and end-of-stay cleaning included. You will be warmly welcomed by François, the owner.
