About this house rental
Unit #1- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit available upon request, firewood available at stand at road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Parking for 2 vehicles. Towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Parking for 2 cars. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive.

I needed a quiet, clean, cozy place to stay near the lake. This absolutely fit the bill. Easy to get to, easy to enter, immaculate, comfortable bed and furnishings, very quiet. I will return when I’m in the area.
