Suite 58 brings together two independent suites in a single property, ideal for two couples or a group of friends who want beach life, nightlife and their own space. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom, so you get the privacy of two separate suites under one roof.
THE SPACE
· Bedroom 1 (Sea View): spacious double with a private ensuite bathroom, a balcony over the sea.
· Bedroom 2 (Historic Center View): cosy double with a private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and a balcony over the characteristic streets of the old town.
· Two private entrances in 1 property: each room has its own front door, for the independence of two standalone suites.

PRIME LOCATION
You couldn't ask for more central.
· Steps to the beach: from your bed to the sea in about a minute.
· In the heart of town: top restaurants, local trattorias, lounge bars and the main sights right outside the door. Step outside and you're in it.
ACCESS & PARKING (ZTL)
The building sits inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so private cars can't drive up to the door. Paid parking is available about 900 m away. From there you can reach the apartment on foot, or take a short taxi ride when you're travelling with luggage.
ONE HONEST NOTE (PLEASE READ)
Suite 58 is right in the pulse of Cefalù's nightlife and pedestrian life. The area is lively and can be noisy, day and night, with nearby bars, outdoor music and restaurants. This is not the place for light sleepers or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. It is the perfect base if you want to be in the middle of everything and enjoy the town at full volume.
