The house worked for us, but to someone who needs everything to be top notch, this was not the place. Overall it was clean and perfectly livable for us. There is a ton of work that needs to be done to bring the house up to the standards that it should be. The front door was filthy and needs work. The back door needs work. The bathroom door is coming apart and needs replaced. Paint throughout the house needs to be addressed. The trim around the front door area needs attention. The hallway floor outside of the laundry room is almost falling through. The internet was marginal. We didn’t have any problems, except with the internet. The house needs some major attention.

One minor fault was that you advertise sleeping three but there were no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the couch.

Good location + communication. House is adequate. The place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which was not their fault but wasn’t ideal for us. The pillows were terrible. The fan in the bathroom was clearly broken as it made a horrible, loud chirping sound. Host was kind and communicative.
