About this house rental
Location is everything with this charming 2 bedroom, one bathroom lake house that sleeps 6. This charming house features a King bedroom and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a Full bed. There is a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower surround, and efficient mini-split AC/Heat. The house has a fenced in backyard (great for Fido and the kids) with a patio set, charcoal grill, fire pit, and hammock and is on the county road going to our shared swimming/fishing dock (truck/SUV or walk). Access to Volleyball, basketball, playground, tons of outdoor games a pavilion and a fabulous lake view right next door!
This house is on the side of an 8-cabin resort property, so it's a great place to gather when you have multiple families staying. Plenty of boat parking, outdoor electric. Located 1/4 mile to 101 Grocery and Bait and 101 Marina for boat rentals/slip rentals/launch; a block from Bidwell Point Park Swim Beach/campground/launch, 2 miles to Panther Bay Marina/Park/Swim Beach/David's Trail head for hiking; 3 miles to Fred's Fish House, 7 miles to Mountain Home, AR for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Many other unique Ozark Mountain experiences and "day trips" within 10-60 miles (National Trout Hatchery, Trout Capitol, many river float trips, State Parks, etc.). Come enjoy Norfork Lake living!

The cabin was super cute & very clean. It was squeaky clean. Everything was amazing. We weren't there for long but while we were there we had a great time. I would definitely go back with my family or friends!

The fenced in backyard isn't entirely fenced, so you cant just let your dog go. The host didn't send me the unlock code till after I was there and I had to message them about it, then the code they sent didnt even work. Luckily my wife is good at guessing. The air conditioner filters were so clogged it wouldn't cool..had to clean them out myself..the private swimming and fishing dock is way far down a horribly washed out road..I did enjoy the location and the privacy..if someone less capable was trying to stay here they probably would've been pretty disappointed.
