Small but had everything we needed for our stay and had a fully equipped kitchen. Great location for getting around, & short walk into Brixham. Bus service ok and was easy to get to neighbouring towns. Lovey walk from Paignton to our stay, but not a very easy one. Onsite parking was easy, own space provided and few guest spaces available too. Some gorgeous views to be found and we was very lucky with the weather. Its a shame we didn't get the same view as the other lodges, as it was lovely (the view was not mentioned in the description) but a short, downhill, walk to the sea. IF I was being picky, there was some dust in the bathroom and bedroom but overall we had a lovely stay.
