We had a pleasant stay at this property. The unit was very clean, and the surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and truly beautiful. We especially loved that it was within walking distance of Calypso Grill and Tukka, two great local restaurants. It was also just a short drive to several different beaches, which made exploring the island really convenient.We did run into an issue with the air conditioner during the first three days of our stay. Once we realized it wasn’t working properly, the property manager responded quickly. Unfortunately, the fix required a full replacement of the unit, which meant having workers inside for about two days. It wasn’t ideal, but we appreciated that the team acted fast once the problem was reported.The only other hiccup was a bit of confusion about who exactly we were renting the unit from, but communication overall was responsive and helpful.Despite the bumps, the location and cleanliness made this a solid stay, and with the new AC in place, future guests should have an even smoother experience

Pool water was on the cool side the first day since there had been a cold snap. It was fine the following days.Our room didn't have a lake view.I wish we had been better informed about the toilet paper starter pack , i.e. number of rolls. There was only 2 spare rolls when we arrived for a 7 night stay, and the roll on the paper holder had maybe 20 squares on it. We were provided with one extra roll.We did appreciate the property manager's flexibility in regards to the late check-out time since our flight was at 5:25 pm.
