House “sole luna” placed in Praiano, lies in Amalfi Coast.
This apartment stays in a corner of the hill, facing the sea.
You can reach “sole luna” directly by car, arriving to a covered park car near the entrance (place for two cars).
“Sole luna” is an independent house with covered terraces; the first is headlong the house, facing the sea; another terrace is a square construction fully covered, well equipped for relax and arranged for dinner and lunch in the open air, because adjacent you can find the kitchen with a terrace on the sea with an enchanting view.

Around the house a palm-trees garden plunged in a typical Mediterranean vegetation; behind rocky mountains and in front of the garden appears a blue sea: a wonderful landscape.
House “sole luna” is situated on two levels.
In ground- floor an inhabitable kitchen with electric oven and decorated with ceramic tiles-refrigerator; access going to the terrace and patio.
A dining-room excellently finished, furnished with care in all its details, TV, double sofa-bed, terrace sea view and a special garret with two single bed a bath-room.
Through an archway, dominated by a curious stone angel, a staircase leads to the floor below; here you find a double bed room with a wonderful striked iron bed; three small angels are placed on the headboard.
This room has a splendid sea view.
There is another similar bed room containing antique objects and a dainty depict of Positano, placed on the headboard of the bed.
In the same floor a bath-room including bath-tub, laundry-room with washing-machine.
Services to payment: Heating; Cleaning service; Minibus (in the country and to Positano) just out of the house. It is n. 17, in high season from 07am to midnight; Shuttle to and from Positano at 100 meters from the house, n. 14, from April 15th each hour; Rent for motorbikes and cars; Private transfer; Groceries

I stayed at the villa for 4 weeks in May. This villa is beautiful with fantastic views and a lovely veranda and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Luca is very helpful. But Please note that there is no pool anywhere near the villa, communal or otherwise. There are pools in town at least 20 minutes walk and costs are over 100 per day. Praiano is a wonderful place to base yourself on the Amalfi Coast - much quieter than Amalfi or Positano but still has everything you need. Many amazing restaurants and lovely walks up the mountain. Local buses go from outside the door of the villa and are super reliable and cheap - but other buses get very crowded even in May and will not always let you in if full. As expected there are lots of steps but many can be avoided by using the local bus. However walking distances described are too short - for example walking to gavitella beach from the villa is around 30 minutes (more than 500 steps down). But it is a lovely walk if you take it slow and very well worth it to swim in the perfectly clear sea. I would recommend this villa and praiano as long as you know there is no access to a pool

Our family of five had the most beautiful stay with this apartment in Praiano, Italy. Our host, Luka, was so accommodating and kind to our family. He made us feel welcome and right at home. There are many stairs to the apartment, but that is what gives you the exceptional views. It was priceless!

Our host, Luca was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a couple very minor issues, even late at night. He sat with us, had a lovely conversation, and gave us great tips on which restaurants to enjoy and day trips to do, which was extra helpful since we visited in the off-season, so not everything was open. He even gifted us a bottle of prosecco to ring in the new year with. The home was perfect. 6 of us stayed very comfortably in it. It was clean, stocked with linens, kitchen utensils and the basics for cooking and coffee. We sent a request to have no scented soaps, detergents or air fresheners due to an allergy, and they were very accommodating. The multiple balconys and outdoor seating areas were wonderful for enjoying morning coffees and meals throughout the day with breathtaking views from all spots. We were told to help ourselves to the fruit from the trees on the property, and enjoyed homemade lemonade from fresh picked lemons, along with pomegranates and mandarin. The location was perfect - easily walkable into town to markets, shops and plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed hikes (with lots of stairs) down to the beaches, taking in the incredible views and architecture. It was a quick drive into the beautiful neighbouring towns, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. Praiano is a beautiful, quiet town full of lovely people, and this home is the perfect place to stay when you visit. Thank you!

We loved the view and the town! The house had a neat layout. Luca was very helpful but we did not know we would have to pay $200 for parking. Parking was really tight and very difficult. Scratched our car trying to get in the parking space. The home only has fans and no air condition and it was miserably hot! You could not open the windows or doors to let in the ocean breeze because of mosquitoes. The beds were also very hard! Loved Praiano but would not stay here in late summer!!
