The open-plan living room seamlessly connects to a spacious balcony, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying panoramic views, and whale watching.

Upstairs, you`ll find three elegant bedrooms: all king-sized beds which exude comfort and style with all linen and towels provided by your host. The primary bedroom also features a ensuite bathroom. There is a comfortable living room with Smart TV (with complimentary Netflix provided by your host). Adjoining the living room is a dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Downstairs, a large rumpus room with bunk beds offers an ideal space for children to play and rest. While the downstairs area is spacious and comfortable, please note that the bedroom area with bunk beds does not have a door, ensuring an open and connected feel. The rumpus room includes a large Smart TV with complimentary Netflix making it the perfect spot for movie night after a long day at the beach.

The property also features an internal washer and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. Outside, you`ll find a refreshing outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of seating for guests, a dining table for alfresco meals, and a BBQ available for guests to use. A fenced backyard and double garage add further convenience to your stay.

1. Complete our guest verification process, including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid ID, and a matching credit card. A $1000 security deposit will be held 7 days before check-in.
2. Your check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed.
