Apartment was clean, decorated nicely and air conditioning worked great. The ceiling fans in the rooms did not work. Had a very hard time locating the place and finding the lock box with the keys. The street address they have for the place is not on a street with any name. There was no kitchen towels or dish soap to was dishes. No paper towels or tissues. One major thing was it is on the fourth floor of the building with no elevator. Giovanni was very nice, helpful and got us set up for 2 tours. He was great.
