Deep Woods Escape is like being at your own private luxury resort that is surrounded by nature and only 7 miles from town. This 4500 sq ft spacious cabin is nothing short of breathtaking with a touch of modern mixed and unique rustic detail, it is country sophistication at its best! So MANY activities for every season.
Take relaxing soak in the hot tub, splash in the 40' heated pool, unwind with a drink at the indoor or outdoor bar, snuggle up by the fireplace, roast smores or tell ghost stories at the outdoor firepit, sit on one of the many decks or patios drinking coffee and watching the sunrise or listen to the pure enjoyment coming from your friends, family, kids, grand kids or co-workers. Play ping pong, billiards pool, horseshoes, washers, sand volleyball or one of the many board or card games. Blast your favorite song on the Sonos wifi speaker system (yes, I said blast the only people you are going to bother are the ones in group).

We had my bachelorette weekend at Deep Woods Escape and it could not have been more perfect for our group of 18 girls!
From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how incredibly clean and well-kept the house was. It truly had everything you could possibly imagine. Every cooking necessity was there, plenty of towels for the showers and pool, tons of baby items, super comfy beds, bathroom supplies, the list is endless!
You can tell so much intention went into the design and layout. The multiple exterior doors made it so easy for everyone to flow in and out between the house, pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, and outdoor spaces. We especially loved the outdoor shower, the outdoor kitchen, the industrial ice maker (a lifesaver for a big group!), and the fact that there was more than enough fridge space for all of us. Even better, everything was clearly labeled, which made it so easy to stay organized all weekend.
This home is truly made for large groups and special celebrations. It was the perfect place to make memories, relax, and celebrate. We are already talking about coming back for a couples trip!

All we can say is WOW! What a fun home away from home. We had so much fun! Pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, fire pit but the most fun was the huge kitchen table we were able to sit as a family. It was a perfect place for our big family to celebrate our son’s wedding!

Bauman’s Deep Woods Escape is a wonderful resort-style home in beautiful surroundings. The five bedrooms were a perfect fit for our two families (4 adults, 8 children ranging from 4-18).
The pool, hot tub, volleyball court, horseshoes, fire pit, ping pong table and pool table were big hits all around. Emma is a thoughtful host, easy to communicate with, flexible, friendly, and professional. We are so sad to leave!
