Steve and Cathy were the quintessential hosts! Excellent communicators, and they went out of their way to make sure our graduation weekend stay was seamless, comfortable, and fun. The house was perfect for our group of 7. Very clean and comfortable, and the beautiful back deck and gorgeous yard were icing on the graduation cake! Less than a mile from campus, but still a touch too far for the gradparents to get to town on foot, but it just wasn't an issue. Great location for early morning walks! Cannot say enough good things about this house, and great things about Steve and Cathy. Thank you, sincerely!!!

Lovely home with room for a large family in a woodsy setting. Calm and peaceful gardens. Walking distance to campus. Hosts are very attentive, made everything easy and communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation with our 80+ year old parents and our 3 other kids. Steve and Cathy couldn’t have been nicer hosts! The home is lovely, is in a great neighborhood, one mile walk to campus, right next to Rip Road (one of our favorite runs), and a very comfortable place to stay during graduation. If staying during hot weather, worth noting that there is no AC, but fortunately it was unseasonably cool during our stay. Thank you, Steve and Cathy!
