This flat sits in one of the most local, lived-in corners of Marylebone, close to the Sunday farmers' market on Cramer Street and the original Edwardian branch of Daunt Books on the High Street. The Golden Eagle, a well-loved corner pub with a proper Victorian interior, and the Monocle Café on Chiltern Street are both a short walk away, alongside a good spread of independent boutiques and delis, including La Fromagerie. Regent's Park and the Wallace Collection are both within ten minutes on foot for a change of pace.

Oxford Circus keeps the wider West End close by, with Regent Street, Oxford Street and Selfridges all an easy walk south. St John's Wood and Regent's Park's quieter northern edge suit a longer walk, and Marylebone's own back streets reward slower exploring.
