Our host was truly amazing. She was very attentive and kept us well informed. Couldn’t have a better host. I would have rated the property 10 of 10 however, the pool water was bad. The pool seems to need a new motor or something. The pool guy added chemicals but it was very turbid and the motor was loud and not really working. Overall, great property but that pool situation needs fixing. Also, need better kitchen pots and pans. They are beyond something useful. If that is fixed, 10/10. Jasmin the host is wonderful!

Jasmin was excellent, always available and communicated well. The owner communicated well also. We felt the kitchen was lacking in needed supplies for cooking. Shower water was very hot for about a minute and then cold. Two bedrooms flooded during a rain storm due to a broken drain on the roof. Jasmin helped us get food at the grocery store since the area was flooded! Jasmin was right on getting out flooded rooms cleaned up. Our bedroom sliding door would not close and we were told it would get repaired but that didn’t happen. Not a huge issue since the curtain covered the window and it was second floor. The outdoor space was awesome with a large table under the pavilion. The upper pool is not a hot tub as we thought. Beware of stray dogs barking at night. We loved that each room had a key. The bathrooms need more towels. The owner was kind enough to allow us to bring other kids over to swim in the pool. We loved that each room had its on A/C unit.

Jasmin was a great property manager so this is not a reflection of her but the property was not in good shape at all. The bathroom sink and shower spots were in awful condition and almost all bathrooms only had cold water with little water pressure if any at all. We did not complain as we’re an easy going group and made the best of it but really felt the property was not worth the price at all. The little breakfast spot nearby was incredible and the area was calm.
