About this apartment rental
Apartment just above Burriana beach with private parking space included. Urbanizacion El Litoral is located in a quiet area and close to the center and all amenities. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower. Large bright living room and semi open kitchen with a view of the sea and the beach. Terrace with six chairs and two sun loungers, barbecue and awning. Sun from early day to sunset. Air-con cold/warm in all rooms. Wifi and TV with international channels. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. The apartment is on one level but some stairs from the parking space.
Be aware that there is a long flight of stairs down to the beach and the center.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Not the beachtowels.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

We had a late flight arriving at the property after 1am but for ease we were able to use the lockbox to get the keys to access the property. The apartment itself was great, we are a family of 5 and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was ample space and we were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is fantastic, gorgeous view of the sea by day and stargazing at night! The location of the apartment is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach and bars and restaurants. Great communication from Yvonne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in her apartment when we come back to Nerja.

For us, the big plus about this apartment was the large balcony, with view of the sea and its proximity to Burriana Beach. It was a pleasant walk into Nerja old town in the evening. Very well equipped. It had everything we needed.

Lovely apartment that is only 2 minutes away from Burriana Beach. The only negative is the three flights of steps upto the apartment. A car is probably a good idea so you can drive up behind the property.
