Beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. Easy walk to SoBo beach and local CoOp shop. Richard was very welcoming and informative. The house work great with the 3 generations. Would rebook.

Very nice property with an extensive self contained annex. Seven good bedrooms and all bedrooms and other rooms very clean. Well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and all other kitchen equipment. Indoor and outdoor games supplied as well. Generous arrival pack of bread milk and other food items. Good garden with ample seating outside, which helped in the very hot weather that we had. Large gas BBQ was very useful. Plenty of parking for at least five cars which didn't move very much as the property is a short walk from Southbourne beach. TESCO supermarket a short drive away for a bigger shop. Very welcoming host who explained how everything worked. Richard was very helpful with answering any questions we had once we had settled in and realised that we had forgotten to ask something.
