Large shaded patio on the front, furnished with dining table and relaxation area.
Inside: large living / dining room perfectly equipped with extendable dining table, comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, nr. 2 double bedrooms (one with private entrance), bathroom with 160cm walk-in shower.
Air conditioning in all rooms and in the dining / living area.
Back equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.
Private parking in front of the back entrance. External storage room equipped with washing machine.

We are in the hills, behind the famous beach of Budoni "Sa Capannizza", about 1Km away.
Oasis of tranquility, between sea and hills, but very well served. In fact, only 30mt there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tobacconist, Newsstand and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1Km away.

The wohle appartement was clean, very clean. We had a wonderful bathroom, the kitchen was equipped with all necessary things you may need. The sleeping rooms were also very clean. We had a wonderful terrace with pool view. The apartment is a 10 from 10, very clean and the smell / fragence of the apartment is lovely. We liked it very much and felt very comfortable as the towels and linen smell the same way and not like the chemical smell like usual in Hotels / other appartements. This was a big positive point. The owner were very nice, friendly and supprtive. 100% recommondation rate.

We had a lovely stay in Limpiddu. Property is exactly as described and it is great to have pool on the doorstep. Apartment is walking distance to a shop, pizzeria and cafe and beaches are just a short drive away. Monica was really helpful, offering suggestions of places to go etc. and was always contactable. Similarly, Marco, who greeted us on site, was also extremely helpful, offering suggestions and any assistance we needed. This is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia.

Stayed at this apartment from 29th August to 9th September. Just myself and my wife so very comfortable. The apartment is pretty new and it is maintained in excellent condition. All facilities are in excellent condition and although we ate out predominantly it was well equipped to be an ideal self catering set up. Would easily suit a family with kids, as indeed most of the other apartments were filled accordingly.
We were met at the apartment by Marco. Very nice guy who explained the set up well, even though his English wasn't the best. Better than my Italian though. He was on hand throughout, as he runs the local store, and his assistance was very helpful.
The area itself was really nice. Tony's cafe was ideal for morning croissants. One local restaurant and a pizza place and an agriturismo within walking distance and any number of restaurants within driving distance in Budoni and Taranella. Budoni beach is only a short drive, 5 minutes away or a host of others within driving distance.
Al in all it was an excellent holiday spot and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again if we were to return to that area. Only downside was I found the Internet strength was poor and kept dropping out continually. Take your mobile and tether through that and you shouldn't have any issues.
Special mention for having two sun beds that were available to take to the beach. Saved a fortune on hiring beds.
Overall Monica has a lovely apartment and we thought it was well worth the money and good value. We loved it. Thanks Monica and Marco.
