This cute, clean and comfortable condo offers wonderful water views from the large balcony and accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa .
The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
The open kitchen and living area features a fireplace and wet bar with beverage fridge.
There is also a separate balcony for cooking on the electric grill.
A covered boat slip and a personal watercraft pad is available to our guests, along with the Farr Shores community boat ramp, swimming pool and tennis courts.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The location was great. There were a few small maintenance (general upkeep) that needed to be attended to but overall great place to stay.

Check in was a breeze and I always appreciate having a coded door lock versus a key.Great location away from the busier north side of the lake. Great views plus it's calm and peaceful sitting outside in the evenings/nights on comfortable chairs. What a great bonus to have your own boat slip and ramp. Definitely lock up your trailer hitch when parking it in the designated area, however, someone tampered with mine/tried to take the trailer, but my lock system prevented it. Not a slam on the condo, as this seems to happen everywhere I go with my boat these days.The kitchen was well supplied and the electric grill worked perfectly. We appreciated the nice supply of basics like TP, soap, dishwasher pods, etc.--didn't have to buy a thing. The MB bed was very comfortable as was all the furniture --and those foot stools... very nice! We appreciated having a dining table with a lake view. The sliding glass door to the deck is very heavy and sticky so use leverage to open it! The designated parking spot right at the base of the staircase to the unit made for convenient loading/unloading.And I want to mention the neighbors -- everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful--we enjoyed talking with them on our way to/from the boat slip.Super nice stay and hope to return again!

The location was perfect. You got to enjoy the lake without a lot of traffic and chaos. The condo is in a great neighborhood and easy to get to restaurants and activities. The condo was stocked well in the bathrooms. The kitchen could use some mixing bowls. The decor was fine but it and the furniture in the living room could use a refresh as well as paint throughout. The master bedroom sliding door handle was broken, so could only exit through the LR. Outdoor furniture could use new cushions as well.Overall, it was a great value and great location. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway.
