This was the one of the best VRBO that we have stayed at in the past 13 years! We walked to the property entrance across a beautifully landscaped yard (with solar generated very real looking torch lights that lit up the path later at night). We entered the beautifully decorated and fully modern house with vintage touches that I loved. We were greeted by peaceful playing music with an accompanied calming scene on the TV monitor! Just a first class welcome! The bathroom was modern and had everything you could ask for, including an excellent draining shower (which is not always the case, in other places we have stayed). A BIG Plus. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the sheets were extremely soft and comfortable and of a VERY good quality. The whole place was immaculately clean, down to the baseboards.We had quick access to the cycling trails where we saw lots of wildlife. We loved sitting out on the porch overlooking the New River. Richard and Rachel were the best hosts, always available for questions and inquiries. Although we had the pleasure of meeting Richard, who was so very nice, we missed meeting Rachel. So, we must thank her here for her very professional and welcoming atmosphere she created in this ever so charming house.Thank you, Richard and Rachel for allowing us to stay at this highly recommended VRBO!

Quaint house with wonderful outdoor area overlooking the river and park. There’s a storage shed for bikes and it’s an easy 1/4 mile ride to the bike path. Highly recommend !!

Wonderful house and village with two great restaurants in town a short walk away along river. Bike trail head is right below house views were amazing as was porch w rockers and fully stocked house. Richard helped me w trail bikes in shed out back which was great. Allowed my wife and early teen children to ride 10 miles out and back on trail. We definitely want to return. Everything was very nicely decorated in house / very homey. A/c worked great. Loved coffee in the am and glass of wine in eve sharing time on porch on rockers with family overlooking river and hearing the sound of river water and water falling over 40 foot Fries dam nearby. Thanks for sharing your house bikes and dining tips Richard and Rachel - look forward to staying w you again in near future. :-)

Every amenity one could ask for! Perfect location for relaxation, fishing, biking, etc.
