VR-014016. Comfortable and cozy 1006 square foot townhouse in uptown Pagosa Springs just off the Pagosa Springs golf course. Located near the airport, close to a disk golf course, with shopping and restaurants nearby. World's deepest hot springs for soaking are a five minute drive away. Local outdoor activities include lake and stream fishing less than two miles away, hiking in national forests, tubing in the local river, snowboarding, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing during the winter at local ski resorts. It is a five-minute drive to an RC plane park. Dark, clear skies at night for star-gazing and meteor spotting. This is a get-away home for relaxing with family or as a home base for adventuring

There are 1.75 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a deck off the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are located inside the home. Cable TV, internet, and a DVD player are provided. We needed one night and this fit the bill. Very clean, had all that we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, bedding was excellent and beds were comfortable. The showers worked great. Communication from the seller was very helpful. Price was high for one night, however, it was just one night. Overall I'd rent this unit again for a stay in Pagosa Springs.
