About this apartment rental
Newly updated this completely furnished downstairs studio condominium is the perfect little beach get away or ' home away from home'. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and Packery Chanel. Fish from the pier in the eighteen unit condominium canal, swim in the pool, walk over to the BoatHouse for a Sunday Brunch or relax on the patio. So many ways to enjoy this little vacation paradise. Lease by the night (two night minimum), by the week or by the month (no hotel taxes will be charged for a monthly rental, price will be adjusted upon booking). All you have to bring is your swimsuit!

It was better than expected. I am not going to lie when we got there the building itself looked questionable but once we got inside it was exactly like the images. Don’t let the cover of this book fool you. It’s a beautiful and well kept living space, it just has that touch of nature beauty that you acquire from living so close to the beach

This is our 3rd time staying here and it is always wonderful. Excellent location, super close to beaches and restaurants. Excellent Host.

I will stay here every time! Super clean, excellent host communication, she always provides a few snacks, coffee pods and even creamer which is just a nice little touch on the already nicely maintained space. Great location to beach and restaurants. Plus, the bed is very comfy!

Although the unit was clean and the kitchen had snacks, etc. we did have an issue with the tv working correctly...we did contact host and did eventually get to work. However the bed, although the mattress and pillows were comfortable when we sat/laid on it we felt like we were in my grandmothers bed, meaning that it moved, would shake and squeak with every movement. And finally, the coffee provided was a flavored coffee and my husband will not drink that, though I did appreciate the effort. Thank you.
