About this cottage rental
This holiday house of 80 m², located in the old center of the village in a pleasant and quiet, is completely new and designed by a regional architect.
Air-conditioned, you can enjoy 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds) and a functional and pleasant bathroom with walk-in shower.
Ideal for stays with friends or family, smokers are allowed, parties and pets allowed, children welcome. The house is suitable for the disabled. In addition, long-term rentals are possible.

This is a very well equipped apartment. It has a comfortably furnished, spacious, open plan kitchen/sitting room. The ‘kitchen’ has a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer along one wall. There is an air-conditioning unit above the TV/Media equipment. There are two separate ways from this room onto the L-shaped terrace that overlooks the storm channel that runs through Montagnac. There is a barbecue and plenty of chairs and loungers on the terrace.
The washing machine is in the garage. The garage roller gate and the outside gates open and close by remote control.
The apartment is in the older part of Montagnac. The streets are narrow and very peaceful. It only takes ten minutes to reach the square on foot.
The main square has a Tourist Information office, adjacent to the SPAR shop. This is where we shopped rather than travelling to the supermarkets in Pezanas. The square has two cafes that serve lunch most days. The menus have a reasonable range of main courses. There is also a Pizza/kebab takeaway and a Boulangerie on the square.
To eat out in the evening, try the BK Restaurant, located at the top of the square on the main road. The food and service are excellent.
In closing, If you want a quiet holiday, this apartment would be an excellent choice. We enjoyed ourselves there.
