Casa Suite Teresa, in the center of Forio, is a charming 50m2 apartment. with panoramic balconies, brand new, completely renovated, on the mezzanine floor, it is well finished and furnished in light colours. It offers its guests a serene and very bright environment, being equipped with large openings with 3 spacious balconies. It is naturally fresh. It is equipped with a split with remote control for Air Conditioning / Heating, but many do not use it, preferring natural ventilation. It has two bedrooms, one double, one with single beds. A large bathroom with shower (shower cabin) toilet, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine. The second small bathroom with toilet and sink is accessed directly from the second bedroom. A large living room with brand new fully equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hob with 4 gas burners, electric fan oven, extractor hood, safety audible smoke detector. HD TV with satellite channel reception. Wifi. Complete set of crockery, pots, bed linen and towels. It is the ideal solution for those who love being in the center and not giving up any comfort.

Located on the North-West side of a two-storey building built in the early 1960s in the monumental area of Forio, 100 meters from the famous Church of Soccorso, one of the icons of the entire island of Ischia. On one side it overlooks Piazza Municipio and on the other a garden. From one of the large balconies you can enjoy the view of the historic Town Hall, the Franciscan Convent and the ancient Church of the Congrega di Visitapoveri. In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance: beaches, port, paid parking (to be booked), bars (also with delivery service for breakfast), supermarket, cinema, pharmacy, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and nightlife venues, dinghy rental , car/scooter rental.

The apartment was perfect. Giuseppe was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. The location is right in the center of Forio within walking distance of everything. Giuseppe also arranged a great driver for a number of excursions. The apartment was spotless and, for good measure, it is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. My wife and I were there for four nights with our 20 something sons and we had plenty of room. If you are going to Ischia, stay at Beppe’s place. We will again!

Guisspiiee’s apartment was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Forio. He was prompt at responding when we had any questions, the apartment was lovely, clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Highly recommend for your stay on Ischia.
