It’s a great place for the mountain biker to ride in and out.. trails are blocks away. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Downtown is 8 blocks south…. Washer and dryer are great, kitchen sufficient, nice bathroom, off street parking. Back of house faces west so interior spaces (kitchen & bunk room) get hot. Overall good bang for the buck. Definitely would rent again in the fall and spring..

Location was amazing. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work, the power to most rooms and air conditioners went out, and on our second day the hot water didn’t work so we took cold showers. The property manager was quick to respond on the WiFi and power issue. We were able to reset the tripped breakers once we located the electrical panel, but the WiFi never worked. We didn’t call about the hot water because we were a few hours from leaving. I’m sure most of these items were random occurrences that just all stacked up on us but thought it worthy of sharing.
