Our stay at Loredana’s home was wonderful from start to finish. The property was immaculate, and the gardens and pool area were equally pristine and beautifully maintained.Loredana welcomed us with a generous basket of Italian wine, biscuits, sweets, crisps and other treats, which was a lovely touch and made us feel at home immediately.The home is on the ground floor, with Loredana and her parents living in the magnificent villa above. Far from being a drawback, having our hosts nearby was ideal. They were welcoming, helpful and clearly take great pride in their property.The outdoor spaces are exceptional, with three separate seating areas, each offering a different atmosphere. As a family of four with two young children, we loved having plenty of space to relax and spread out. Loredana even provided toys for the children, who enjoyed themselves so much that they said it was their best holiday ever!The location is perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquillity while remaining within easy reach of Rome. We spent one night in Rome during our stay and found it very easy to visit, just an hour away by car, with a good train service nearby as well.We were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you, Loredana and your parents, for sharing your beautiful home with us. You are fantastic hosts, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Very kind and caring hosts doing their utmost to help and support. The apartment is absolutely spotless, cleanest holiday home I've ever seen. Perfectly equipped. Wonderful garden and pool.

We had the pleasure of staying here for just four nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Loredana welcomed us at the entrance and provided a nice selection of food and drinks as a welcome gift. The property completely self contained and is all situated on one ground floor level, it is adjoined to Loredana’s home on the first floor. It has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and you have the comfort of knowing the owner is immediately contactable if there was an emergency.
We had the benefit of three seating areas, all with shade from the afternoon sun, a great pool and terraced space. It is a very private, well maintained holiday home with all the comforts of a modern family home and is elegantly decorated throughout. it has three spacious bedrooms, two nice shower rooms/WCs and a very good kitchen. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place in the Italian countryside with easy access to Rome.
I would recommend a car for accessing the local shops and restaurants which Loredana was happy for us to park on the private drive which was also gated.
Very worthy of 5-stars, we hope to come back!

We stay 2 weeks in this house and we was so happy, the pool is nice for all, especially for my teenagers , and all around with different externally areas, make us all really happy
The house is with a good equipment,
the double beds are very comfortable
The two single beds are not for big people.
We was with a 16 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter and all of us feel so comfortable there.
You will find good restaurants , stores , supermarkets around (10 km) from the house and in 40 min you are in the center of Rome -really aceptable.
