About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment, elegantly furnished, offers a large dining room with living room equipped with flat screen TV, two spacious bedrooms with beautiful frescoes and vaulted ceilings. Beds have memory foam mattresses, to ensure the best possible comfort. From the sofa bed in the living room are two beds obtainable. The master bathroom has a bath Victorian style and the other bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, juicer and espresso machine.
The residence is surrounded by a garden, equipped with table and chairs where you can eat or relax in the shade of the trees.
Services: air conditioning, private parking, safe, wi-fi, iron, linen, hairdryer, bicycles for exploring the surrounding countryside.
Supplement: extra cleaning, shuttle service to and from the airport, shuttle service to nearby cities, entrance to the Grotta Giusti natural spa (our guests receive a discount of 10% of the pool and spa on all treatments and 20% in the bathroom Steam in the cave).
The center of Monsummano is less than 1 km; Montecatini Golf 4 km; center of Montecatini Terme, with its shopping streets and 5 km. Easily accessible by car or train are Lucca (30 km); Collodi, Vinci and Switzerland Pesciatina (15 km); Florence, Pisa and the sea of Viareggio (50 km); San Gimignano (60 km), Siena (100 km) and Cinque Terre (120 km).

We spent four wonderful days in this beautiful apartment in the villa, and it was truly one of the highlights of our Tuscany trip.The apartment has a very special charm and an amazing atmosphere, with spacious rooms in a historic villa from the 1860s. It is well equipped, clean, comfortable, and easy to access. It was also a great base for exploring the area, including Montecatini Alto, Lucca, and Vinci.What made our stay especially memorable was the warmth and care of the host family. The mother and son welcomed us so kindly, explained everything carefully, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and at home.We really enjoyed our stay and would warmly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Montecatini area. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for making our holiday so special!

This is a beautiful property. It is even more stunning in person. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the rest of the home. You will love it. It was an excellent value.
