We had trouble trying to figure out how to work the AC. It was a NEST thermostat and we were mot familiar with how to work it. Reached out to the host and he was quick to answer back, however, maybe some written instructions would have been nice. The cold air would be on then the heat would come on making the property get warm. We never figured this out. Also, if 3 people took a shower close to each other the hot water would run and and the last person would end up taking a cold shower. Overall, these are easy fixes and I would stay here again.

Loved this place! Clean, spacious, nice patio and charcoal grill. The location is great, close to downtown and a couple of minutes away from a Walmart, which was convenient.
