Don't let the duplex part fool you. They built these West Allentown 1920s models solidly and with great style. Lovely place in excellent condition retaining much of the great craftsmanship but without compromising comfort. In an extremely quiet, friendly neighborhood. A thoughtful supply of basic amenities were included. Best part: it's minutes from Allentown's excellent farmer's market as well as the world's greatest donuts (Mary Ann's Donut Kitchen for those not in the know). Host was friendly and easy to reach.

Located minutes away from center city this home has a welcoming historic feel. Great location with shopping, dinning and parks for walking the dog near bye. Home is well supplied and accurate to listing in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Property manager was prompt with communication and check in was a breeze.

Pictures are nicer than actual property! The unit was clean and functional. Cleaning crew must have come in before and did a quick cleaning - towels available to use were left wet and folded in the basket. The area rugs were flipped up to be vacuumed underneath and never turned back down. There were nests around/ under the air conditioning units. I messaged the host and told her yet nothing was addressed. Stayed in old homes before but this was disappointing. Not interested in using wet towels !!!!And there was a constant humming of a dehumidifier . Happy it was early May because the one bedroom had no air conditioning unit. Nice home but needs a lot more attention when renting on a weekly basis to ensure comfort of guests
