This was a perfect place to connect with family. We sat many hours on the back porch, watched fireworks from the fairway, played board games until way too late, took the golf cart for ice cream and pool fun! From communication, cleanliness, and convenience, everything was just right!

We've been vacationing in Sandestin for over a decade and this year did not disappoint. The location of this home is on one of the golf courses in a quiet neighborhood. We always look for homes that have golf carts because it makes the general trip more enjoyable and easier to get around to all the activities within Sandestin. Our host was very communicative and helpful and the house was in great shape with more than average amenities that will make your stay comfortable. One example was the fact that they had a meat thermometer! Came in very handy when we grilled our ribeyes. You can't go wrong with this home. We will definitely be back!

One of the best rentals we've stayed in! The location was very peaceful and calming, and plenty of space for kids to run around outside. The golf cart was super convenient for going everywhere from the beach to the grocery store. Ted was very helpful and provided clear instructions for everything. We hope to stay here again - highly recommend!
