Stay comfortably in Fairbanks at this 2-bedroom apartment. The superbly furnished space includes 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the excellent amenities such as WiFi, a hair dryer, and shared washing machine. We look forward to welcoming you to our enchanting retreat. There are 2 entrances, one is facing south, the other is facing east. It is located in downtown area, close to Costco, Walmart, gas station, city hall, university. The place was clean with a mix of old & new vibe. Easy check in. The house is centrally located to a wonderful park, river, greenbelt & easy walking to the bus terminal. I highly recommend taking the city buses to get around. They even take you to the North Pole! Great pricing too. Quiet street & neighborhood.

Comfortable space, reasonably priced, kitchen and bathroom appear to be newly remodeled. Listing states it is "downtown" but it was a fairly long walk, no problem if you have a car. There was a nice drip coffee maker but only instant coffee. We did not realize this apartment was connected to another apartment that is accessible through a door in the kitchen. We were able to lock the door from our side but it still felt odd that other people were staying there just on the other side of the door. It would be better with a dead bolt that is kept locked..
