About this villa rental
PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Surrounded by greenery and located just 4 km from the Adriatic coast, Villa Selene is a holiday home with private pool and sea view in Pesaro. The partially fenced property extends over a large garden with olive and fruit trees, where you’ll find a beautiful saltwater pool with Roman-style steps — perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. A furnished porch invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, with a barbecue ready for delicious grilled meals and a fire pit that sets the mood for evenings spent chatting under the starry sky. For moments of fun with family or friends, there’s also a table tennis available. The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the area: from the beaches of Pesaro to the wild coastline of Fiorenzuola di Focara, with stops at the many local fish restaurants and on to historic villages such as Gradara, the art city of Urbino and the Republic of San Marino. In every season, Villa Selene captures the authentic atmosphere and colors of Le Marche countryside, just a short distance from the sea.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, laundry area, a well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the garden and a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the sea-view porch. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom (convertible into a double bed upon request) with direct access to the back garden. On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall. Air conditioning is available in the double bedroom on the ground floor and on the first floor. The property allows a maximum of one pet.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Selene a great deal. The house is very comfortable with a large living/dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs all have air conditioning, which we needed since it was a very warm week when we visited. There are three full bathrooms. We didn't need the dining room since we ate all our meals outdoors on the large covered terrace. The pool is beautiful and large; the grounds are lovely and there was even an exercise bike sitting under a beautiful shade tree. Another aspect that was great about Villa Selene is that it was well stocked with kitchen items such as sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, cling wrap etc. It's nice not to have to buy all these small things for a one or two-week trip. Andrea helped us settle into the house and was very friendly; he also speaks English perfectly. He even recommended a yoga instructor who came to Villa Selene for yoga sessions. The views over Pesaro and out to the Adriatic are spectacular. We hope to book Villa Selene again and again.

The panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful hills, combined with the fantastic villa and swimming pool, made for a truly unforgettable experience. We had an amazing holiday, thanks to Andrea and his excellent recommendations of local hotspots. He is an inspiring and attentive host.
