Carnac is situated in the heart of Quiberon Bay which protects it, close to the Gulf of Morbihan. It benefits from a rich historical heritage through its megalithic alignments.
The house is situated in the heart of Carnac-Plage, in immediate proximity to everything, 50m from the beach, 100m from the sailing club, Thalassotherapy and shops. The entire main part of a semi-detached villa, totally independent from its twin and the ground floor apartment, large flowered terrace hidden from the road by a high wall and large gate. WiFi.

- Direct entrance into a beautiful living room (25m²) very bright with 2 sliding doors onto terrace (south-facing), TV.
- Kitchen (9.86m²) with refrigerator, 4-ring gas cooker, dishwasher.
- Pantry with washing machine. Separate WC.
- Shower room with sink, shower.
First floor via staircase from the living room:
- A bedroom of 9m² with 2 single beds (90 cm), French doors onto balcony.
- A bedroom of 9m² with 1 bed 140 cm, French doors onto balcony.
- A bedroom of 11.60m² with 1 bed 140 cm, 1 single bed (90 cm), sink.
- Bathroom with sink, bidet, bathtub.
- Independent WC.
