At Autumn Bluff Lodge you will find 2 Large Bathrooms (one attached to the Master Bedroom)....Both Massive, Custom Tile, Walk In Showers with Double Heads, One with a Giant Soaker Tub, Fully Loaded Kitchen, Luxury Linens & Towels, Fireplace on a remote control, Central Heat/Air, High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Roku, Granite Counter Tops, Ceiling Fans, Wooden Beams, and Lots of Local Art! The Best features of this property are the Enormous Deck with an Umbrella that will shade the whole Deck, and the Beautiful Bluff we back up to...including Kitchen & Master Bed & Bath Window Views. All the convenience of being three blocks from Shopping, Dining, & Pubs....but plenty of Privacy with the Rocky Bluff behind us. At Autumn Bluff Lodge....you're not renting a room...you're renting the Entire Property....Including more Parking than most places in Eureka Springs. We are located in the Historic District on Main St. Just a 3 block walk to "the hub"....with trolley a stop across the street, if you prefer to ride. The Huge deck is Perfect for entertaining and is nestled up to a Beautiful Wooded Bluff! Our home Features 3 bedrooms All with Very Comfortable King Size Beds, Over the Bed Reading Lights, Bedside Phone Charging, and so much more than I can mention! Our HUGE DECK is perfect for Grillin', Chillin' and Vacationing! Eureka Springs has a minimal amount of parking...but we have room for 3 cars...or bikes...(strategically parked).... walk anywhere in the historic district you want to go. (Town maps and local activity flyers provided at the house). OUR RENTERS TELL US THAT THE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE HOME...MOST ARE FAR MORE IMPRESSED THAN THEY EXPECTED TO BE!!
Autumn Bluff Lodge is our second home, and because of that we have made it as Comfortable as we possibly could. We have tried to think of every detail we would like to find in a vacation rental...and are always open to suggestions! If there's an amenity we have forgotten...please let us know! Some of the details you will find are a comp. basket if you forgot something...(toothbrush, shampoo, razor, etc.), magnifying mirrors and blow dryers in both bathrooms, iron & ironing board. Fully Stocked kitchen with cookware and eating irons, steak knives, wine and martini glasses, corkscrews, Coffee & filters, stocked spice cabinets, grilling tools, washer/dryer and parking for up to 3 cars/trucks & motorcycles. This is a Whole Home Rental...The Whole Property is your Private Retreat for up to 6 Guests Maximum.
We want this to be an Epic Vacation with no worries about the but Relaxation and Fun. Autumn Bluff Lodge is our second home. We love it here and have taken a lot of pride in renovating, decorating, provisioning and preparing our home to share with you. We are Excited to share everything we Love about Eureka with you and your gang. We hope that everyone who chooses to stay here will Respect Our Home and Our Policies. Autumn Bluff Lodge is a cute cabin-like home with two modern-like, beautiful bathrooms. The decor is well-done and a lot of thought was put into its renovation. There is sufficient room between the living & kitchen combo. It was nice having a large frig as we did bring water & breakfast snacks from Texas. We didn’t use the stove, and the microwave only for heating water; but both are equally nice appliances.Having two bathrooms was definitely a plus; I had actually booked a cottage on Spring St, but one bathroom seemed too tight; and the idea of a loft with a steep ladder ultimately became a safety concern.The one area which I considered lacking was its cleanliness. At first glance all appeared neat & tidy, but a good Spring-cleaning is needed and to include mopping the floors. The same with the side deck and front porch. I wanted to sit out & watch the traffic, but there’s a lot of spiderwebs which need to be swept, even around all the windows. Plus a good soapy wash-down with a hose would help.Also a screen latch is needed — there was a knock at the door, tho it was a nice lady passing out cards for her dining business. The deadbolt doesn’t work as the front door likely needs leveling.There’s plenty of space to spread out & the grandkids loved having their own bedroom, plus it was nice having the master with an attached bathroom for myself. However, all-in-all everything was pleasing and we would stay again, should we return to Eureka Springs? Thanks!

The property was clean and well stocked with all the needed toiletries and items needed for a week long stay with family, including coffee and filters provided. The beds were very comfortable with all sizes and kinds of pillows. The property is located close enough to the central part of the community so you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Off street parking is available for 3 SUV’s (medium size).

Okay —Needs more cooking supplies—pans -dishes -cookie tray —cooking Utensils —larger dish rack —pots and pans —0verall—kitchen had the most problems !! Parking was tight !! The patio was too dirty and uninviting —
