Great location, the property is comfortable and was better than expected. I was able to communicate with the owner easily and he responded quickly. Iโd definitely stay at this location again!

We have stayed at Emerald Grande before but it is unfortunately not as nice for the amount of money you pay to stay there. Especially because it is infested with cockroaches. Not just outside on the grounds. We found numerous cockroaches over our stay located beneath the kitchen sink, crawling on the backsplash while we were cooking dinner, on the bathroom counter, and in the elevator. It is obvious that not only is the owner aware of the problem but so was the property. There was not one mention of this in the listing. We went to the front desk to notify them, as we were instructed. We left the room so they could spray the next day but did not improve the problem. We watched one morning as they sprayed for bugs in other rooms on the west tower (we were located on East tower). Once you got past the roaches, both closest doors were messed up and wouldnโt stay on track. There was black mold on the cocking of the shower. There was only enough cooking pans/utensils for a family two, not six. The hallways had a horrible odor to them.
Check in took us 45 minutes, and we were the only people at first. We needed extra towels as there was 4 females in our party of 6 and only provided one smaller shower towel per person. The front desk informed us we couldnโt have anymore and thatโs why there were washers in each unit. We could have also used extra towels as our kids got sick the last two days we were there. There is more but maxed out on available charactersโฆ.
