About this apartment rental
This is a completely private unit. Beautiful New Orleans single, shotgun home with high ceilings, heart of pine floors, cypress doors, beautiful old windows and architectural details. Living room with comfy furniture, couch, chairs and tv. In the bedroom is a queen size bed and armoire. The bathroom is new with shower. Relax on the front porch or walk to watch the bands just a few blocks away. There are many new restaurants, bars, coffee shops and galleries that have opened up in the area to explore.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting New Orleans. It's a cozy spot in a generally quiet neighborhood (there are sometimes trains passing a couple blocks away at night), and it has everything you need for successful adventuring in the city. Bordering the French Quarter you're close to the action and all the great places on Frenchman's St. The entire Quarter is well within waking distance. Getting to other parts of the city is also very easy as the street cars on Rampart St or the riverfront are only a short walk away. Parking near the house is also very easy.

The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The neighbourhood and all the neighbours were delightful and Rita is a fantastic host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely a great place. My wife and me stayed there for 3 days and thought it had everything we needed. We found parking right in front. The bed was great and we enjoyed the area and felt safe. My wife loved the decor.Thanks again Rita.
