This leads on to the dining area which has large French doors to the rear private patio garden area.

There is private parking for two cars round the back of the property. The village of Bosham itself is perfect for walking around or there is a car park down near the water front. Buses stop nearby taking passengers to nearby Chichester or to Portsmouth. 1 mile away is Bosham Train Station for trains to Chichester, Portsmouth, Brighton and London.
