The rental was extremely clean and welcoming when we walked in. Sam and Kathy have a beautiful piece of property in Woodstock, New York. I highly recommend this to any Guest coming to the area.

The apartment is clean, everything works and it is quite comfortable, including the bed. The garden is lovely. Sam and Cathy are attentive and responsive. It’s my second time staying and we plan to return.
